- Drive business growth through sales support and operational policy implementation.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering an environment of retail excellence.
- Manage clienteling efforts, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support necessary changes.
- Provide training and development for staff, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
- 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in digital literacy.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and build effective teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury setting is required.
College degree or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $108,000-$135,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
