1. Drive business growth through sales support and operational policy implementation.
2. Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering an environment of retail excellence.
3. Manage clienteling efforts, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
5. Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support necessary changes.
7. Provide training and development for staff, ensuring a high level of customer service.
8. Oversee inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.

1. 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.
4. Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and build effective teams.

2. Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.

4. Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.

A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury setting is required.

College degree or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $108,000-$135,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
