1. Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, ensuring retail excellence.
2. Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to sales associates.
3. Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
5. Facilitate solutions to customer issues, maintaining the highest level of customer service.
6. Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support necessary changes to enhance sales.
8. Mentor and develop sales associates, identifying training needs and providing feedback.
9. Assist in recruitment and development of store associates.
10. Manage inventory accuracy and maintain shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.
4. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is strongly preferred.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to empower and build effective teams.
7. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.

A minimum of 5 years of store management experience within a luxury setting is required, with a preference for experience in the Beverly Hills market.
