Loewe Store Director

- Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives, while maintaining retail excellence.
- Lead by example on the selling floor, providing coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
- Manage clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed.
- Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and support the Visual Merchandising Manager in implementing changes.
- Mentor sales associates and provide clear feedback based on observations.
- Assist in recruitment and development of associates and identify training needs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
- Proficient digital literacy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
- Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting is required, with a preference for experience in the Beverly Hills market.
College degree or equivalent experience.
