1. Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives, while maintaining retail excellence.
2. Lead by example on the selling floor, providing coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
3. Manage clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of customer service.
5. Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed.
6. Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and support the Visual Merchandising Manager in implementing changes.
7. Mentor sales associates and provide clear feedback based on observations.
8. Assist in recruitment and development of associates and identify training needs.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.

1. 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
2. College degree or equivalent experience.
3. Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.

2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
4. Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
5. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting is required, with a preference for experience in the Beverly Hills market.

College degree or equivalent experience.
