1. Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
2. Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
3. Manage and lead team efforts in clienteling, including effective usage of client books.
4. Meet set category and consignment percentage goals as defined by management.
5. Support the sales process and assist in resolving customer issues.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
7. Perform daily reporting and analysis.
8. Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are met and maintained.
9. Mentor sales associates and provide training and direction to staff.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.

1. 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting
2. College degree or equivalent experience
3. Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred

1. Proficient digital literacy
2. Foreign languages a plus
3. Ability to empower others and build effective teams
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Ability to mediate issues to resolve concerns
6. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills

Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury setting.

College degree or equivalent experience
