Loewe Stock Keeper

1. Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying them against invoices and reporting discrepancies to headquarters or inventory.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and accurately.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
5. Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate aftersales processes, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
