Loewe Stock Keeper

1. Maintain an organized stockroom to ensure efficient flow between front and back of house.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
3. Unpack deliveries and store stock in designated locations safely.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the warehouse.
5. Support stock and packaging flow between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
8. Process paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press for product requests.
10. Coordinate aftersales processes, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual and team goals.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion/luxury.
3. Organized with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence others.
5. Confidence to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
6. Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
