Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain an organized stockroom to ensure efficient flow between front and back of house.
- Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack deliveries and store stock in designated locations safely.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the warehouse.
- Support stock and packaging flow between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
- Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
- Process paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press for product requests.
- Coordinate aftersales processes, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
- Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual and team goals.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion/luxury.
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Confidence to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
