1. Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
4. Control and manage stock transfers and returns to the warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the Manager.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
10. Support and coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector.
3. Organized with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse individuals.
5. Confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively.
6. Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
