Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
- Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to headquarters or inventory teams.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, and handle returns to the warehouse.
- Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
- Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
- Support and coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
- Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Confidence in working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
