1. Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to headquarters or inventory teams.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, and handle returns to the warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Support and coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector.
3. Organized with strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Clear communication skills with the ability to influence others.
6. Confidence in working both autonomously and as part of a team.
7. Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
