Loewe Stock Keeper

1. Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and coordinate returns to the warehouse.
5. Support the flow of stock between the back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
3. Organized with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse individuals.
6. Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team.
7. Fluency in French.
