Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
- Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and coordinate returns to the warehouse.
- Support the flow of stock between the back and front of house to enhance client experience.
- Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
- Coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
- Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse individuals.
- Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
