Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain an organized stockroom with merchandise stored efficiently to ensure seamless operations between front and back of house.
- Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to headquarters or inventory management.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
- Oversee stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the warehouse.
- Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging to the shop floor to enhance client experience.
- Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
- Coordinate aftersales processes, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
- Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and connect with others.
- Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English.
Beginner level experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
