1. Maintain an organized stockroom with merchandise stored efficiently to ensure seamless operations between front and back of house.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to headquarters or inventory management.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
4. Oversee stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging to the shop floor to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies to management.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate aftersales processes, including repairs and alterations, to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

3. Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and connect with others.
4. Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Fluency in French and English.

Beginner level experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
