1. Maintain the stockroom's organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying them against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the Warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies to the Manager.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alterations) to ensure excellent client experience.
11. Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion/luxury.
3. Organized with close attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Clear communication skills with the ability to connect and influence.
6. Confidence in working autonomously and as part of a team.
7. Fluency in French and English.
