Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain the stockroom's organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
- Manage stock deliveries, verifying them against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the Warehouse.
- Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
- Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies to the Manager.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
- Coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alterations) to ensure excellent client experience.
- Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion/luxury.
- Organized with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to connect and influence.
- Confidence in working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
