Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards.
- Manage the delivery of stock into the store, ensuring accuracy against invoices.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations.
- Control and manage the transfer of stock to and from the store.
- Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house.
- Inform the team of new stock arrivals promptly.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
- Work with internal teams to fulfill product requests.
- Support and coordinate the aftersales process to ensure excellent client experience.
- Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience within a similar role, preferably in fashion/luxury.
Skills
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional language is a bonus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
