1. Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report any discrepancies to headquarters or inventory teams.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and correctly.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
6. Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the manager.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Support and coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure an excellent client experience.
11. Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
3. Organized with close attention to detail, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Clear communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence various stakeholders.
5. Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team.
6. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
