1. Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently to facilitate seamless operations.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices and communicating discrepancies to headquarters or inventory teams.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and correctly.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
5. Support stock and packaging flow between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
6. Inform team members promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting any discrepancies to management.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure an excellent client experience.
11. Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team success.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
3. Organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Clear communication skills with the ability to connect and influence various stakeholders.
5. Confidence to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
