Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently to facilitate seamless operations.
- Manage stock deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices and communicating discrepancies to headquarters or inventory teams.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and correctly.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
- Support stock and packaging flow between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
- Inform team members promptly of new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising and Press to fulfill product requests.
- Coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to connect and influence various stakeholders.
- Confidence to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
