1. Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards.
2. Manage the delivery of stock into the store and report discrepancies.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations.
4. Control and manage stock transfers and returns.
5. Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house.
6. Inform the team of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes.
8. Process paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill product requests.
10. Support and coordinate the aftersales process to ensure excellent client experience.
11. Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and training.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience within a similar role, preferably in fashion/luxury.

1. Organized with attention to detail.
2. Effective communication and ability to influence.
3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
4. Fluent in English; additional language is a bonus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
