Loewe Stock Keeper

1. Maintain an impeccably organized stockroom to ensure efficient operations between front and back of house.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying them against invoices and reporting discrepancies to headquarters or inventory management.
3. Unpack deliveries and store stock safely and accurately in designated locations.
4. Oversee stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging to enhance shop floor efficiency and client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to management.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising and Press to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure an excellent client experience.
11. Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

3. Confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
