Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain the stockroom to the highest organizational standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
- Manage stock deliveries, verifying them against invoices and reporting discrepancies to headquarters or inventory management.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
- Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
- Inform the team promptly about new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the manager.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
- Support and coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Organized, fast-paced with close attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence various people.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
- A deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
