1. Maintain an organized stockroom to ensure efficient flow between front and back of house.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and reporting discrepancies to headquarters.
3. Unpack deliveries and store stock in designated locations.
4. Control stock transfers to and from the store and manage returns to the warehouse.
5. Facilitate stock and packaging flow to the shop floor to enhance client experience.
6. Inform team members promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic stock takes, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
8. Process paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill product requests.
10. Coordinate aftersales processes to ensure excellent client service.
11. Participate in store activities such as morning briefings and training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual and team goals.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
3. Fluency in English and Dutch.

3. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
4. Proficiency in stock management systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
