1. Lead in-depth financial analysis and monitor HQ expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
2. Act as a trusted financial partner to various departments, providing guidance and support to optimize spending and improve financial efficiency.
3. Track and control ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring proper financial planning, resource allocation, and budget compliance.
4. Develop and enhance reporting tools to provide clear and actionable insights for decision-making.
5. Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and propose solutions to maintain financial stability and efficiency.
6. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial awareness and accountability across the organization.
8. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems, fostering innovation and efficiency in reporting and analysis.
