- Lead comprehensive financial analysis and monitor headquarters' expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to various departments, optimizing spending and enhancing financial efficiency.
- Oversee financial planning and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring budget compliance.
- Develop and refine reporting tools to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities proactively, proposing solutions to maintain financial stability.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting budget preparation, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial awareness and accountability.
