1. Manage the assortment and distribution of seasonal and permanent products.
2. Review cross-region transfer opportunities for novelty items.
3. Address overstock issues by challenging regional strategies.
4. Train regional teams on best practices for post-distribution to optimize stock levels.
5. Ensure on-time delivery visibility and communicate any delays.
6. Manage unserved items and orders due to central warehouse shortages or production issues.
7. Analyze inbound data and plan outbound workload for the Central Distribution Center.
8. Coordinate ad hoc stock transfers with regional teams for VIP or client requests.
9. Monitor and communicate key performance indicators.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain within a retail environment, particularly in distribution, supply, or demand planning.
2. Background in the fashion or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
4. Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional projects.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a retail setting, with a focus on distribution planning, supply planning, or demand planning.
