1. Oversee and manage ongoing clienteling initiatives related to the Clienteling app and other key projects during the maternity leave period, ensuring correct implementation and follow-through.
2. Maintain project momentum and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Retail, and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Work closely with the IT team to develop a project roadmap for 2026, based on current progress, anticipated gaps, and future business needs.
5. Align project priorities with overall business strategy and goals.
6. Develop and manage project budgets, working in conjunction with the IT team to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
7. Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
8. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders on a regular basis.
9. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

1. Approximately 7 years of experience in project management.
2. Experience in the luxury industry is desirable.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
3. Experience with budget management and forecasting.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce, ideally with experience managing Retail applications and understanding of clienteling.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Advanced level of English is mandatory, and Spanish would be a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within the luxury industry.
