- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Loewe's products, history, and heritage.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance workplace experience and maintain a positive environment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company standards.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, adhering to Loewe's guidelines.
- Uphold Loewe's brand image and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
- Address client-related issues promptly, including shipping and alterations.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting is required.
The hourly compensation ranges from $27 to $29, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
