Loewe Senior Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting, listening, assisting, and advising clients to exceed their expectations.
- Exemplify the brand's history and heritage in all interactions.
- Utilize exceptional product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell product categories.
- Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Expand and maintain a client book, updating client information using company tools.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with Loewe’s visual standards.
- Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Assist management in team development through mentoring and onboarding new joiners.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a customer-centric role within the luxury sector.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude.
- Naturally inclusive and open-minded.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role within the luxury sector.
