- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, ensuring accountability for sales results.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, exceeding client expectations through personalized service.

- Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell across product categories.
- Engage with a diverse clientele to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information regularly.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
- Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Mentor new team members and support management in team development.
- Proven track record in achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Experience in a customer-centric role within the luxury sector.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.

- Confident, adaptable, and empathetic communication style.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and clienteling abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role within the luxury fashion industry.
