1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives, ensuring accountability for sales results.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, listening, advising, and exceeding their expectations.
3. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
4. Cultivate long-lasting relationships with diverse clientele.
5. Expand and maintain a client book, updating client information using company tools.
6. Exhibit sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
7. Participate in visual merchandising in alignment with LOEWE's visual standards.
8. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
9. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
11. Support management in team development through mentoring and onboarding new employees.

1. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and contributing to team success.
2. Experience in a similar role within leather goods or ready-to-wear sectors.
3. Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Experience working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

$26-$32 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
