- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative workplace environment.
- Maintain organization and presentation standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in alignment with Loewe’s standards.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Manage a client book with regular contact and follow-up on sales and inquiries.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to meet diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous but not required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
