- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and analyze customer data for personalized client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company standards.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, adhering to Loewe's brand standards.
- Uphold Loewe's image standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and promote store events through various communication channels.
- Manage a comprehensive client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
- Support general housekeeping, store image upkeep, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
$26-$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
