- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations, leveraging deep knowledge of Loewe's products and heritage.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative workplace culture.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products in line with Loewe's standards.
- Uphold Loewe's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting is required.
$22 - $25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
