- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through exemplary customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and communicative work environment among colleagues.
- Maintain organization and adherence to company policy on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Loewe’s standards.
- Uphold Loewe’s brand image and adhere to company guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and timely follow-up on sales and inquiries.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, promptly.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
