1. Supervise and support HQ and Regional teams in the preparation, validation, and continuous improvement of the Best Estimate process.
2. Oversee the construction of robust sales estimations for Open-To-Buy (OTB) calculations and monitor buy versus OTB, ensuring visibility and explanation of deviations.
3. Guide the analysis of market data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support strategic planning.
4. Oversee the preparation of financial analyses, including forecasts, budgets, and scenario simulations.
5. Foster close collaboration with Merchandising, Regional and HQ Sales Planning teams, and Finance to ensure effective information flow and alignment.

1. 8–10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the Supply Chain or Finance sectors of the fashion industry.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and French is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
2. Proactive with solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in Anaplan and Power BI.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the Supply Chain or Finance sectors of the fashion industry.
