Loewe Sales Assistant

- Accurately process client transactions on the POS system.
- Collect and maintain client information accurately in the database.
- Verify merchandise pricing as necessary.
- Wrap and bag merchandise, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Handle all staff sales transactions.
- Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up.
- Manage register opening and closing, including cash reconciliation.
- Process E-reservation and consignment transactions in the system.
- Assist VIC/BA clients in the absence of the Client Advisor.
- Oversee all in-store repairs, coordinating with warehouse and HQ.
- Support store management with special ad hoc projects.
- Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
- Assist sales staff with merchandise needs and post-sale tidying.
- Support the BOH team in maintaining packaging levels and notifying management of replenishment needs.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Participate in inventory preparation and completion, including cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Support CRM activities and track assets sent to stores.
- Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
- Proven customer service skills and experience as a cashier.
- Previous experience in a similar role and retail setting preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Service-oriented with a consumer focus.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
$19-$23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
