Loewe Sales Assistant

- Accurately process client transactions using the POS system.
- Collect and maintain client information in the database.
- Verify merchandise pricing as necessary.
- Wrap and bag merchandise, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Handle all staff sales transactions.
- Answer customer calls and ensure proper follow-up.
- Manage register opening and closing, including cash reconciliation.
- Process E-reservation and consignment transactions in the system.
- Assist VIC/BA clients in the absence of the Client Advisor.
- Oversee store repairs from initiation to completion, collaborating with warehouse and HQ.
- Support store management with special projects as needed.
- Maintain inventory in an organized, clean, and secure manner.
- Assist sales staff with merchandise needs and post-sale tidying.
- Support BOH team in maintaining packaging levels and notify management of replenishment needs.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Participate in inventory preparation and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in inventory reconciliation processes.
- Support CRM activities and track assets sent to stores.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
- Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a retail setting.
- Proven customer service skills and cashier experience.
- Strong understanding of client service needs and clienteling skills.
- Commitment to achieving results.
- Service-oriented with a consumer focus.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a retail environment is required.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
