1. Accurately process client transactions using the POS system.
2. Collect and maintain client information in the database with precision.
3. Verify merchandise pricing as needed.
4. Wrap and bag merchandise to the highest standards.
5. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
6. Handle all staff sales transactions.
7. Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up.
8. Manage register opening and closing, including cash reconciliation.
9. Process E-reservation and consignment transactions.
10. Assist VIP clients in the absence of a Client Advisor.
11. Oversee the repair process from initiation to completion, coordinating with warehouse and headquarters.
12. Support store management with special projects as needed.
13. Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
14. Assist sales staff by providing merchandise and tidying post-sale.
15. Support the back-of-house team in maintaining packaging levels and notifying management of replenishment needs.
16. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
17. Participate in inventory preparation and cycle counts.
18. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
19. Support CRM activities and track assets sent to stores.
20. Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store's image.
21. Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a retail setting.
2. Proven customer service skills and experience as a cashier.
3. Strong understanding of client service needs and clienteling skills.
4. Excellent numeracy skills.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
