Loewe Sales Assistant

1. Accurately process client transactions on the POS system.
2. Collect and maintain client information in the database.
3. Verify merchandise pricing as necessary.
4. Wrap and bag merchandise to the highest standards.
5. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
6. Handle all staff sales transactions.
7. Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up.
8. Conduct register opening and closing, including cash reconciliation.
9. Process E-reservation and consignment transactions.
10. Assist VIC/BA clients in the absence of the Client Advisor.
11. Manage in-store repairs, coordinating with warehouse and HQ.
12. Support store management with special projects as needed.
13. Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
14. Assist sales staff with merchandise needs and post-sale tidying.
15. Support BOH team with packaging levels and notify management of replenishment needs.
16. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
17. Participate in inventory preparation and cycle counts.
18. Engage actively in inventory reconciliation processes.
19. Support CRM activities and track assets sent to stores.
20. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
