1. Accurately process client transactions using the POS system.
2. Collect and maintain client information in the database.
3. Verify merchandise pricing as necessary.
4. Wrap and bag merchandise to the highest standards.
5. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
6. Handle all staff sales transactions.
7. Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up.
8. Manage register opening and closing, including cash reconciliation.
9. Process E-reservation and consignment transactions.
10. Assist VIP clients in the absence of the Client Advisor.
11. Oversee store repairs, collaborating with warehouse and headquarters.
12. Support store management with special projects as needed.
13. Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
14. Assist sales staff with merchandise needs and post-sale tidying.
15. Support the back-of-house team with packaging and inventory management.
16. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
17. Participate in inventory preparation, completion, and reconciliation.
18. Support CRM activities and track store assets.
19. Contribute to general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
20. Exemplify brand values in customer interactions.

2. Experience as a cashier.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail setting.

Hourly rate ranging from $23 to $25, dependent on skills and experience.
