Loewe Sales Assistant

- Accurately process client transactions using the POS system.
- Collect and maintain client information in the database.
- Verify merchandise pricing as necessary.
- Wrap and bag merchandise to the highest standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Handle all staff sales transactions.
- Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up.
- Manage register opening and closing, including cash reconciliation.
- Process E-reservation and consignment transactions.
- Assist VIP clients in the absence of the Client Advisor.
- Oversee store repairs, collaborating with warehouse and headquarters.
- Support store management with special projects as needed.
- Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
- Assist sales staff with merchandise needs and post-sale tidying.
- Support the back-of-house team with packaging and inventory management.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Participate in inventory preparation, completion, and reconciliation.
- Support CRM activities and track store assets.
- Contribute to general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Exemplify brand values in customer interactions.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Experience as a cashier.
- Strong understanding of client service needs.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Commitment to results and service orientation.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail setting.
Hourly rate ranging from $23 to $25, dependent on skills and experience.
