1. Assist management with day-to-day team oversight.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in management's absence.
3. Open and close the store in management's absence.
4. Deliver training and coaching to team members.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
10. Maintain and grow a client book using company tools.
11. Collaborate in all store activities to meet objectives.
12. Participate in visual merchandising according to standards.
13. Maintain product organization and cleanliness.
14. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
15. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail role.
2. Experience leading a diverse, dynamic team.
