1. Assist in designing learning materials, toolkits, and resources tailored to various retail profiles, including video-making, visuals, and presentations.
2. Contribute to the preparation of train-the-trainer sessions and facilitation guides, both digital and classroom-based.
3. Collaborate on the co-development and updating of onboarding tools, both digital and classroom.
4. Support the development and launch of a new onboarding platform for retail.
5. Collect and organize feedback from regions on key learning initiatives.
6. Ensure alignment and consistency through regional follow-up activities.
7. Manage translations and adaptations of learning materials as needed.
8. Participate in project coordination and management tasks, supporting timelines and priorities.
9. Assist with the organization and logistics of Retail Learning Experiences in Madrid.
10. Create and follow up on purchase orders.

1. Degree in Organizational Psychology, Communication, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Chinese or Japanese are advantageous.
3. Previous experience in retail or retail training is a plus.

3. Proficiency in digital tools for design, such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, and video-editing software.
4. Creative mindset with an interest in visual storytelling, content creation, and video design.
5. Strong interest in retail, training, and the luxury sector.

Beginner level experience is required, ideally with some exposure to retail or retail training environments.

Degree in Organizational Psychology, Communication, Marketing, HR, or similar fields.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.

The internship offers a collaborative, supportive, and informal work environment, with mentorship and learning opportunities from seasoned HR professionals. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. A daily lunch allowance is provided.
