1. Draft weekly commercial performance reports.
2. Conduct CRM reporting and analyze commercial data for each boutique.
3. Update and manage boutique managers' schedules.
4. Administer monthly payroll data using ADP tools.
5. Coordinate event organization, including training sessions.
6. Support stock management and inventory processes in boutiques.
7. Assist with merchandise deliveries to boutiques.
8. Manage invoice processing and supplier creation in the system.
9. Monitor and manage boutique budgets.
10. Update and track maintenance requests for boutiques.
11. Assist the retail operations manager with maintenance requests.

1. Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated.
2. Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous.
