1. Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers to achieve retail excellence and business growth.
2. Develop team competence and confidence through coaching and feedback.
3. Identify recruitment needs and manage the hiring process for the area.
4. Evaluate team strengths and create development plans for talent growth.
5. Ensure timely completion of training and onboarding for new employees.
6. Identify and communicate training needs to key stakeholders.
7. Promote internal career mobility and support succession planning initiatives.
8. Manage and grow P&L by analyzing results and implementing strategic actions.
9. Ensure stores meet performance objectives through KPI analysis and action plans.
10. Monitor customer service results and address areas of improvement.
11. Identify and implement strategies to grow client segmentation.
12. Set and monitor monthly commercial targets for each store.
13. Develop relationships with key partners and become an expert in the local market.
14. Regularly visit stores to coach and provide feedback for improvements.
15. Ensure adherence to service standards, procedures, and policies.
16. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store conditions.
17. Monitor inventory levels and ensure regular inventory counts.
18. Lead large-scale store projects including refurbishments and openings.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and solution development skills.
3. Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
