Loewe Retail HR Business Partner Manager

- Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs in alignment with business needs and legal regulations.
- Enhance retail performance through data utilization and goal setting, including KPIs and incentive programs.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for internal and external audits.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including needs assessment, profiling, selection, interviewing, and onboarding for the assigned region.
- Manage internal mobility processes and ensure effective talent allocation.
- Develop and recommend employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and high morale.
- Facilitate employee communication and feedback to address talent attraction and retention challenges.
- Develop labor-related preventive measures and instruct store managers on their application.
- Collaborate with Loewe HQ L&D and LVMH/Fashion Group to curate training programs and identify high-potential candidates.
- Deploy Loewe training and onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with current insights.
- Conduct training needs analyses to develop impactful programs and tools.
- Facilitate career dialogues to uncover individual potential and create actionable career paths.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
