Loewe Retail HR Business Partner Manager

1. Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs in alignment with business needs and legal requirements.
2. Enhance retail performance through data utilization and goal setting, including KPIs and incentives.
3. Serve as the primary HR contact for internal and external audits.
4. Oversee the recruitment process, including needs assessment, profiling, selection, interviewing, and onboarding for the assigned region.
5. Manage internal mobility processes and ensure effective talent allocation.
6. Develop and recommend employee relations practices to foster a positive work environment and high morale.
7. Manage employee communication and feedback to address talent attraction and retention.
8. Develop labor-related preventive measures and instruct store managers on their application.
9. Collaborate with Loewe HQ L&D and LVMH to curate and implement training programs.
10. Conduct training needs analyses and develop impactful programs.
11. Facilitate career dialogues to identify potential and develop career trajectories.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles.
3. HRBP experience in the retail industry, preferably with responsibility for multiple stores.
4. In-depth knowledge of organizational development, talent management, and labor laws in Japan.
5. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
