Loewe Retail HR Business Partner Manager

- Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs in alignment with business needs and legal requirements.
- Enhance retail performance through data utilization and goal setting, including KPIs and incentives.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for internal and external audits.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including needs assessment, profiling, selection, interviewing, and onboarding for the assigned region.
- Manage internal mobility processes and ensure effective talent allocation.
- Develop and recommend employee relations practices to foster a positive work environment and high morale.
- Manage employee communication and feedback to address talent attraction and retention.
- Develop labor-related preventive measures and instruct store managers on their application.
- Collaborate with Loewe HQ L&D and LVMH to curate and implement training programs.
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop impactful programs.
- Facilitate career dialogues to identify potential and develop career trajectories.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles.
- HRBP experience in the retail industry, preferably with responsibility for multiple stores.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational development, talent management, and labor laws in Japan.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build trust relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong self-management and execution capabilities.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to change and complex problem-solving.
- High ethical standards and confidentiality.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles, with a preference for those with HRBP experience in the retail sector, particularly managing multiple stores.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
