- Conduct CRM reporting and analyze commercial data and transactions for each boutique in the network.
- Draft weekly reports on commercial results.
- Monitor and update boutique managers' schedules.
- Manage monthly payroll data administration.
- Oversee and manage invoice processing and supplier creation in the system.
- Track and update maintenance requests for boutiques and assist the retail operations manager with these requests.
- Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated.
- Familiarity with the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfortable working with numerical data.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and curious nature with the ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for familiarity with retail operations.
A formal internship agreement is required.
