Loewe Regional Director

- Collaborate with the Vice President of Retail and Global Retail Excellence team to define and implement regional business strategies.
- Empower store leaders to develop market-specific business plans to drive traffic and expand the client base.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor landscapes to make strategic recommendations.
- Lead teams in promoting Loewe's culture and values, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
- Review performance metrics to set strategies and implement actions to achieve results.
- Enhance retail KPIs, including CRM, NPS, and productivity, to improve sales and client engagement.
- Mentor and coach Store Managers to develop their managerial skills and adapt to store-specific needs.
- Ensure store standards reflect the brand's image and maintain high standards of presentation and organization.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, focusing on inventory management and loss prevention.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management and operations, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Proven track record in leading network expansion and managing large teams.
- Acute sense of the North American luxury market and consumer behaviors.
- Ability to motivate sales teams with challenging objectives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in public speaking and corporate presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Cegid and visual merchandising is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is advantageous but not required.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in retail management and operations, with a focus on luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods and Ready-to-Wear.
Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $205,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
