1. Collaborate with the Vice President of Retail and Global Retail Excellence team to define and implement regional business strategies.
2. Empower store leaders to develop market-specific business plans to drive traffic and expand the client base.
3. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor landscapes to make strategic recommendations.
4. Lead teams in promoting Loewe's culture and values, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
5. Review performance metrics to set strategies and implement actions to achieve results.
6. Enhance retail KPIs, including CRM, NPS, and productivity, to improve sales and client engagement.
7. Mentor and coach Store Managers to develop their managerial skills and adapt to store-specific needs.
8. Ensure store standards reflect the brand's image and maintain high standards of presentation and organization.
9. Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, focusing on inventory management and loss prevention.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management and operations, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Proven track record in leading network expansion and managing large teams.

1. Acute sense of the North American luxury market and consumer behaviors.
2. Ability to motivate sales teams with challenging objectives.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in public speaking and corporate presentations.
5. Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
6. Experience with Cegid and visual merchandising is a plus.
7. Fluency in Spanish or French is advantageous but not required.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in retail management and operations, with a focus on luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods and Ready-to-Wear.

Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $205,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
