Loewe Regional Director of Retail
Loewe is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs in leather goods and ready-to-wear collections. The company is part of the LVMH group and has a significant presence in the global luxury market.
- Partner with Vice President Retail and Global Retail Excellence team to define and implement business strategies.
- Empower store leaders to develop market-specific business plans.
- Stay informed about local market and business environment trends.
- Support and deliver network expansion with autonomy for hiring, training, and sales.
- Lead teams promoting Loewe culture and values.
- Provide formal and informal training to build a culture of growth and learning.
- Review performance to set strategies and implement actions for results.
- Improve retail KPIs including CRM, NPS, and productivity.
- Mentor and coach Store Managers to develop managerial skills.
- Ensure store standards are presented at the highest standard.
- Monitor and coach to all company standard operating procedures.
- 10 years of proven experience in retail with a focus on management and operations.
- Professional experience in leading network expansion is a plus.
- Product experience in luxury or high-end retail, specifically Leather Goods and Ready-to-Wear, is preferred.
- Acute sense of North American luxury market and diverse consumer behaviors.
- Proven track record to motivate sales teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Comfortable with public speaking and corporate presentations.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Strong computer skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Experience with Cegid is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus but not required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management and operations, with a focus on luxury or high-end products.
The compensation for this position ranges from $170,000-$205,000, dependent on skills and experience.
