Loewe Public Relations Trainee

1. Support the US PR team with editorial and VIP sample trafficking, including managing the US Sample set within Launchmetrics.
2. Assist with all product logistics, ensuring timely delivery through messenger services, FEDEX, UPS, and both domestic and international shipments.
3. Monitor print and online media coverage and execute press clippings.
4. Maintain the organization of the sample closet, including the press library and administrative supplies.
5. Assist with seasonal gifting initiatives and research emerging talent and influencers aligned with the brand aesthetic.
6. Update internal distribution lists in Launchmetrics.

1. Previous internship experience in Press and Media relations.
2. Experience working in a Fashion Closet.
3. Ability to arrange international shipments, create proformas, and coordinate messengers.

1. Proficiency in Launchmetrics, Fashion Monitor/Influencer Intelligence.
2. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong sense of urgency and professionalism.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public relations or a related field.
