Loewe Project Specialist – Windows

1. Lead the design process for windows and pop-up installations from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
2. Develop comprehensive briefs for window concepts to facilitate clear communication with market teams and local suppliers.
3. Support market teams in accurately implementing window, pop-in, and pop-up layouts.
4. Plan and coordinate window mock-ups in accordance with the global calendar, visual merchandising team, and collection availability.
5. Conduct research to identify innovative materials for window concepts, fostering creativity and novelty.
6. Prepare and develop material sample sets with headquarters suppliers and ensure quality consistency across markets.
7. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and malls in EMEA, USA, and Canada to ensure compliance with headquarters requirements and manage installations.
8. Ensure all projects are executed within the allocated budget.

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or ephemeral architecture/scenography.
2. Experience in window design and production development is advantageous.

1. Strong creative and conceptual abilities with a focus on spatial problem-solving.
2. Proficiency in design communication through sketches, CAD, and renderings.
3. Solid understanding of materials and production processes, both artisanal and industrial.
4. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Rhino.
6. Fluent in English (minimum C1); French is a plus.

A minimum of 4 years in architecture, interior design, or related fields, with a focus on window design and production development.
