Loewe Project Specialist – Windows

- Lead the design process for windows and pop-up installations from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Develop comprehensive briefs for window concepts to facilitate clear communication with market teams and local suppliers.
- Support market teams in accurately implementing window, pop-in, and pop-up layouts.
- Plan and coordinate window mock-ups in accordance with the global calendar, visual merchandising team, and collection availability.
- Conduct research to identify innovative materials for window concepts, fostering creativity and novelty.
- Prepare and develop material sample sets with headquarters suppliers and ensure quality consistency across markets.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and malls in EMEA, USA, and Canada to ensure compliance with headquarters requirements and manage installations.
- Ensure all projects are executed within the allocated budget.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or ephemeral architecture/scenography.
- Experience in window design and production development is advantageous.
- Strong creative and conceptual abilities with a focus on spatial problem-solving.
- Proficiency in design communication through sketches, CAD, and renderings.
- Solid understanding of materials and production processes, both artisanal and industrial.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Rhino.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1); French is a plus.
A minimum of 4 years in architecture, interior design, or related fields, with a focus on window design and production development.
