1. Manage approved schedules to achieve all critical milestones, adjusting as needed.
2. Coordinate with LOEWE stakeholders, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers.
3. Manage drawing sets and milestones from schematic design to construction documents.
4. Establish competitive bidding, contract administration, and project-related financial controls.
5. Attend monthly cost meetings to ensure compliance with project budget and cash flow.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and internal customers.
7. Oversee construction and ensure weekly OAC meetings are conducted and documented.
8. Coordinate with procurement to ensure goods are on schedule.
9. Ensure high-quality build and defect-free handover to the retail team.
10. Coordinate store handover with all stakeholders for a seamless transition.
11. Travel as required for site visits during the project lifecycle.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
2. 4+ years experience in store planning/design/construction for large-scale retail stores
3. Experience in the luxury market
4. Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in North America

1. Effective communication and managerial skills
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and Procore
3. Ability to travel to NYC on a daily basis

Minimum 5 years

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management

The compensation ranges from $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. This position is for contract work only through the duration of one project (approximately 16 months).
