1. Manage approved schedules to achieve all critical milestones, adjusting as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Coordinate with LOEWE stakeholders, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
3. Oversee the development and management of drawing sets and milestones from schematic design through construction documents.
4. Establish competitive bidding, contract administration, and project-related legal and financial controls.
5. Attend monthly cost meetings to ensure compliance with project budget, forecasts, and financial controls.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and internal customers.
7. Oversee construction and ensure weekly OAC meetings are conducted and documented.
8. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods.
9. Ensure high-quality construction and defect-free handover to the retail team.
10. Facilitate seamless transition from store planning to retail operations.
11. Conduct site visits as required throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
2. 4+ years of experience in store planning, design, or construction within large-scale retail environments.
3. Experience in the luxury market.
4. Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and consultants in the North American market.
5. Effective communication and managerial skills.
6. Ability to travel to New York City daily.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Procore.
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain relationships.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.

The compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.

This is a contract position with competitive hourly compensation.
