LoeweProject Manager, Store Planning

- Manage approved schedules to achieve all critical milestones, adjusting as needed.
- Coordinate with LOEWE stakeholders, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage drawing sets and milestones from schematic design to construction documents.
- Establish competitive bidding, contract administration, and project-related financial controls.
- Attend monthly cost meetings to ensure compliance with project budget and cash flow.
- Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and internal customers.
- Oversee construction and ensure weekly OAC meetings are conducted and documented.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure goods are on schedule.
- Ensure high-quality build and defect-free handover to the retail team.
- Coordinate store handover with all stakeholders for a seamless transition.
- Travel as required for site visits during the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
- 4+ years experience in store planning/design/construction for large-scale retail stores
- Experience in the luxury market
- Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in North America
- Effective communication and managerial skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and Procore
- Ability to travel to NYC on a daily basis
Minimum 5 years
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
The compensation ranges from $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. This position is for contract work only through the duration of one project (approximately 16 months).
