Loewe Project Manager, Store Planning

- Manage approved schedules to achieve all critical milestones, adjusting as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with LOEWE stakeholders, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Oversee the development and management of drawing sets and milestones from schematic design through construction documents.
- Establish competitive bidding, contract administration, and project-related legal and financial controls.
- Attend monthly cost meetings to ensure compliance with project budget, forecasts, and financial controls.
- Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and internal customers.
- Oversee construction and ensure weekly OAC meetings are conducted and documented.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure high-quality construction and defect-free handover to the retail team.
- Facilitate seamless transition from store planning to retail operations.
- Conduct site visits as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
- 4+ years of experience in store planning, design, or construction within large-scale retail environments.
- Experience in the luxury market.
- Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and consultants in the North American market.
- Effective communication and managerial skills.
- Ability to travel to New York City daily.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Procore.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain relationships.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
The compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
This is a contract position with competitive hourly compensation.
