Loewe Project Manager

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the Loewe Craft Prize 2026 exhibition.
- Coordinate with LOEWE headquarters, SEAO Marketing, and local partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage budgets, quotations, and expense reports, ensuring financial oversight and compliance.
- Liaise with the National Gallery Singapore and vendors to oversee event layout, staging, lighting, and technical requirements.
- Supervise production houses to guarantee adherence to LOEWE’s brand and visual identity standards.
- Coordinate logistics for hospitality, including hotel, transport, and dining arrangements for guests.
- Manage guest experiences for jury members, VIPs, finalists, and press, ensuring a seamless journey.
- Lead on-site activities, including setup, rehearsals, live event operations, and teardown.
- Provide weekly progress reports and maintain clear communication with HQ and regional teams.
- Prepare post-event reports and consolidate final sign-off materials and presentation decks.
- Maintain a detailed project tracker or Gantt chart covering the project timeline from January to June 2026.
- 6–8 years of experience in large-scale event, project, or production management, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or art sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and culturally aware, with the ability to work across global and regional teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury, fashion, or art sectors.
