Loewe Project Manager, Architecture

- Oversee store design in alignment with LOEWE's brand image.
- Develop and implement a creative and distinctive brand image concept.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from design resolution to execution, including economic control and timeline management.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Supervise construction processes and lead on-site works.
- Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to opening dates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on retail architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in retail architecture, which involves navigating tight schedules and fostering relationships with internal clients.
