- Oversee stock movements across stores, countries, and regions to ensure optimal product availability.
- Coordinate and execute stock rebalances and returns to the warehouse, tracking and reporting on stock movement KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends to identify overstock and shortage situations, recommending rebalancing actions.
- Provide weekly analysis and reporting for the permanent and collection offers.
- Analyze regional stock levels and communicate requests to central teams.
- Assist with daily store customer requests and support daily replenishment and distribution for assigned product categories.
- Assist in weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting for Perfumes and Home Scents categories.
- Optimize stock levels by managing stock rebalancing and replenishment orders.
- Conduct periodic assortment reviews and propose action plans in collaboration with Visual Merchandising and stores.
- Coordinate supply chain activities related to planning and store orders, liaising with subsidiaries and logistics teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication and client-focused skills.
- Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, can-do attitude.
No prior professional experience is required, though a passion for the fashion, culture, or arts industry is advantageous.
The internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of human resources, mentorship from seasoned HR professionals, a collaborative and informal work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
