Loewe Personal Assistant to President

- Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence in both Japanese and English.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing correspondence and phone calls with professionalism.
- Draft and translate documents, and interpret conversations as needed, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate and communicate with PAs of Executive Committee Members at Madrid and Paris HQ, Executive Secretaries within the LVMH Group, the Japan office team, external vendors, and travel agencies.
- Coordinate all aspects of visits from headquarters and international guests, including transportation, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects as required.
- Administer expenses, process orders, contracts, and requests for payments efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by the President.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Experience supporting senior executives.
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Minimum of 5 years as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a multinational corporation, supporting senior executives.
