Loewe Payroll & Administration Specialist

1. Manage joiners, movers, and leavers in accordance with internal procedures.
2. Draft and prepare all necessary employee documentation, including employment contracts and termination agreements.
3. Handle administrative requirements with external authorities and bodies.
4. Maintain employee payroll records, including salary changes, benefits, and other relevant data.
5. Update records in the core HR and payroll systems.
6. Process and verify time and attendance data for payroll processing.
7. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Spain.
8. Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation components.
9. Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations and collective agreements.
10. Collaborate with authorities to address payroll-related inquiries or audits.
11. Maintain accurate records to support compliance efforts.
12. Collaborate with other teams to address personnel administration and payroll-related queries.
13. Act as an escalation point for payroll queries from employees.

1. Interest in a manufacturing context.
2. Proven experience as a Spanish payroll administrator or in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with Spanish labor laws and tax regulations.
4. Experience using payroll software (ideally Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors or similar).
5. High proficiency in English.
