Loewe Payroll & Administration Specialist

- Manage joiners, movers, and leavers in accordance with internal procedures.
- Draft and prepare all necessary employee documentation, including employment contracts and termination agreements.
- Handle administrative requirements with external authorities and bodies.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including salary changes, benefits, and other relevant data.
- Update records in the core HR and payroll systems.
- Process and verify time and attendance data for payroll processing.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Spain.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation components.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations and collective agreements.
- Collaborate with authorities to address payroll-related inquiries or audits.
- Maintain accurate records to support compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with other teams to address personnel administration and payroll-related queries.
- Act as an escalation point for payroll queries from employees.
- Interest in a manufacturing context.
- Proven experience as a Spanish payroll administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Spanish labor laws and tax regulations.
- Experience using payroll software (ideally Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors or similar).
- High proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in payroll software (Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors).
- Advanced use of MS Office Package.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Internal customer orientation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
