1. Consolidate demand from stakeholders and execute order entry.
2. Perform system modifications and cancellations according to business needs.
3. Ensure proper application of processes and procedures to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
4. Address internal requests from departments, ensuring effective follow-up and order entry.
5. Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
6. Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders on critical deadlines for the company's general business.
7. Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions, visibility on deliveries, and service level.
8. Assist in the implementation of area projects impacting the department.
9. Ensure follow-up of season calendar deadlines.

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3. Experience in fashion and/or luxury is a plus.
4. Background in Supply Chain.

1. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French and Spanish are a plus.
2. High business sensibility and strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Power BI is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
