- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Implement and adhere to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
- Support sales staff with merchandise needs not present on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and maintain packaging levels.
- Participate in inventory preparation, completion, and reconciliation processes.
- Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support visual merchandising and operations with fixture and merchandise management.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Lead client delivery processes, including troubleshooting and documentation.
- Follow up on shipping, alteration, and client-related issues.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Problem-solving and proactive thinking abilities.
A minimum of three years in operations or inventory management within the luxury retail sector is required.
