1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement and adhere to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
4. Support sales staff with merchandise needs not present on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and maintain packaging levels.
7. Participate in inventory preparation, completion, and reconciliation processes.
8. Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
9. Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
10. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
11. Support visual merchandising and operations with fixture and merchandise management.
12. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
13. Lead client delivery processes, including troubleshooting and documentation.
14. Follow up on shipping, alteration, and client-related issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.
